Who can use this product?
It can be used by adults, the elderly and children over 1 year.
Should be avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How to use this product?
- For catarrh by inhalation – sprinkle a few drops onto a handkerchief and inhale the vapour as required or alternatively, add a few drops to hot water and inhale the steamy vapour.
- For sprains and cramps apply it to the skin. Sprinkle a few drops onto your hand and massage into the affected area.
- Do not take directly by mouth or swallow the oil. Do not use if you have an allergy to eucalyptus oil.
