Directions for use:
For oral administration and short term only.
Adults and children aged 16 years and over: One 20 ml dose to be taken just before going to bed.
Children aged 12 to 15 years: A 10 ml to 15 ml dose to be taken just before going to bed.
Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Do not take with any other flu, cold or decongestant product
Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
This product should not be used during pregnancy without medical advice. Medicines can harm the unborn baby.
The medicine can affect your ability to drive as it may make you sleepy or dizzy.

To help you get better when you have a cold:
Cold symptoms come on gradually and can include:
Blocked or runny nose
Sore throat
Headaches
Muscle aches
Coughs
Sneezing
A raised temperature
Colds appear gradually and affects mainly the nose and throat. You will feel unwell but it's usually OK to carry on as normal. Flu – Appears quickly within a few hours, affects more than just the nose and throat, makes people feel exhausted and too unwell to carry on as normal.
Do not take Care Night Cold & Flu Relief Oral Solution if you:
are allergic (hypersensitive) to paracetamol, promethazine hydrochloride, dextromethorphan hydrobromide or any of the other ingredients of Care Night Cold & Flu Relief Oral Solution – see patient information leaflet for more information
suffer from lung disease.
are taking, or have taken in the last two weeks, drugs for depression known as Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs).
are taking selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (used to treat depression and anxiety such as fluoxetine, paroxetine and sertraline).
if your child is under 12 years old.
Do not take with any other paracetamol containing products.
Do not take with any other flu, cold or decongestant product.
Do not consume alcoholic drinks while you are taking Care Night Cold & Flu Relief Oral Solution
