Essential Information

Care Magnesium Trisilicate Mixture. For relief of the symptoms of indigestion, heartburn and dyspepsia. Contains Magnesium Trisilicate and Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate. Always read the label.

Directions for use

Oral use.

Recommended Doses

Adults and children over 12 years: two to four 5ml spoonfuls.

Children 5 to 12 years: one to two 5ml spoonfuls.

Directions for use: shake the bottle. Take in a little water.

Dosage Schedule

To be taken three times a day or as required.

How to treat indigestion:

There’s usually no need to see a GP about indigestion. There are some things you can do at home:

  • Cut down on tea, coffee, cola or alcohol
  • Prop your head and shoulders up in bed – this can stop stomach acid coming up while you sleep
  • Lose weight if you’re overweight

Don’t:

  1. Eat 3 to 4 hours before going to bed
  2. Have rich, spicy or fatty foods
  3. Take ibuprofen or aspirin – this can make indigestion worse
  4. Smoke
